Our production time for all products is between 2-7 business days (Australia & NZ orders) from the day you upload your order. 

For international orders the production time is between 4-14 business days. 

Standard delivery is an additional 2-7 business days (Australia only) from the time your order is shipped. There is no tracking option available for standard delivery.

For all NZ and international orders, standard delivery is 7-14 business days.  

Express delivery is usually between 1-2 business days (Australia only) from the time your order is shipped and there is tracking available. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

For all NZ and international orders, express delivery is 3-5 business days.  

During periods when we have cut off dates in place (Mother's Day, Christmas etc), these production times do not apply. 

We have the following VIP options available on the checkout page should you require your order sooner:

VIP 2 Days (Australia Only) - Production time of 2 business days from the time of upload, express shipping additional 1-2 business days

VIP 2 Days (NZ & International only) - Production time of 3 business days, express shipping 3-5 business days.

You will be required to login if you have not already.

Our order statuses are:

Waiting for Files: We are still waiting for your files to be uploaded so we can process your order. You will need to go back to the software and send the files for your order. 
 
Files Received and Processing: We have received your files, we are now preparing them for production.
 
In Production: : Your order has been received and is currently in Production. Please allow 2-7 business days (Australia & NZ) or 4-14 business days (international).
 
Errors In Files: We have found an error in your files. We need your help to process your order. Please contact us so we can help you fix the problem.
 
Shipped: Your order has been shipped within the last 24 hours.
 
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. Please contact us if this is incorrect.
 
Completed: Your order was shipped over 24 hours ago.

If you have chosen express shipping you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped from our warehouse. 

There is no tracking option available with standard shipping.
